Since we are a make-to-order business, we can only accept full payment up front. Once the order is through and the payment is complete, we add your order to the queue and we order all the materials & tools needed to get the job done!
We ship everything completely flat packed! Everything that has legs, we will ship it as two parcels - one for the top & one for the legs. That way you can get it in your house / flat easily but it's also less prone to damage during transit!
We use water based & eco friendly stain on all of our furniture. You can clean / wipe your furniture with any all purpose cleaner and a cloth. For downloadable product guides click here.
We will send you a notification of dispatch via email when your order has been collected by the courier. This email will also include assembly and care instructions. The courier should then be in contact with you directly with a more accurate delivery window.
You can personalise your order in the sense of us building to your specific dimensions. We unfortunately are not able to engrave anything onto your product but we are more than happy to add a message on the tag if it is for a gift for someone.
We can offer accelerated delivery to a few customers every week. The option is £75 and will bring the lead time down to 10-12 business days. Please let us know if you want to go for it and we will let you know if we have space that week.
They can be but please do specify ‘for outdoor use’ on your order. We build the tables slightly differently depending on where they will be used. If you would like a table for outside then just like all outdoor wooden furniture, the better care you take of your table, the longer they will last! Even though we treat our outdoor furniture to be weatherproof, a rainproof cover is strongly recommended, especially for the winter months or for any periods that the table is not being used. We suggest that you apply a coat of finish once or twice a year. You can apply a coat of clear coat if you want to just protect it or a coat of the stain you chose for your finish if you want to refresh / deepen the colour. We will happily point you in the right direction for the products you need to maintain your furniture fresh looking!
Reclaimed timber can come with all sorts of different grain patterns which will sometimes feature cracks, knots and other signs of previous wear. While those features add to the character of the wood and give that nice industrial and rustic look, we can always guarantee that they will never compromise the structural quality of the furniture when using reclaimed timber.
