Lead Times

We make all of our furniture to order. Every order is processed and made by hand by our small team in our workshop in Brighton. Smaller items such as shelves, bath caddies or storage boxes usually take 2-3 weeks to be made and delivered and larger items such as tables, desks, bookcases take around 3-5 weeks. The lead time for custom orders will be communicated at the time of purchase. 

Courier Service

We are pleased to have DHL and FedEx as our primary couriers. As two of the world’s leading logistics companies, they are leading the way in their commitment to sustainability.

Local collection from Brighton is also available upon request.

How Items are Delivered 

When your order is completed and dispatched, the shipment will become trackable once it has arrived at the delivery terminal. This process may take a few business days, depending on how quickly the packages are processed through the various courier stations. The courier will then send detailed information about your delivery via SMS during the parcel's journey.

Please be advised that for all of our tables and desks, the legs and the tops are delivered separately. This reduces the risk of damage in transit. If your shipment has multiple packages, it may be split in 2 separate deliveries over different working days. That's due to the size and weight difference of the two packages and the way they are processed through the different stages (and customs if the delivery is outside of the UK).

As standard, the legs are delivered detached from the desktops / table tops. This reduces the risk of damage in transit and also allows for easier access to your space, especially when navigating narrow doorways, stairs and tight spaces. Once your order is delivered, a simple assembly will be required. Links to our helpful assembly instruction guides and videos will be provided on a welcome card that will be packed with your order.

Shipping Outside the UK

For orders outside the UK, buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

If a shipment is returned due to unpaid import fees or failure to respond to the courier, we can resend it once the reshipping cost and the original unpaid import fees have been covered. If you choose to cancel at that stage, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping costs and import fees.
