Hardwood Pedalboard

At Pastos Co, we're a team of wood nerds who also happen to be musicians. We build during the day, chase tone at night, and argue about pedals in between.

This pedalboard came about because JP needed something solid for his Quad Cortex. Everything he found was either plastic, cheap aluminium, or fake wood laminate that falls apart if you look at it funny. So we made one. Properly.

Bit of a cliché to say “made by musicians for musicians,” but it’s made by musicians for musicians. We couldn’t find what we wanted, so we built it. Now it’s yours too.

Handmade in our Sussex workshop using 100% sustainably sourced solid walnut.

This pedalboard was designed specifically for a Quad Cortex and a small volume pedal. It's built from 19mm thick solid walnut - lightweight but tough, giving you stability without the bulk. The surface is finished with a clear, durable varnish to protect against moisture and scratches. Small anti slip feet are installed at the bottom to keep your pedalboard in place while on stage!

We also offer the option for ventilation holes under the QC vent, as seen in some of the pictures. Standard size is 48cm (W) x 25cm (D) x 7cm (H), but since we make each one to order, you can customise it however you like. Drop us a message if you'd like a different size or extra features.

The Quad Cortex and volume pedal shown in some of the listing images are not included.

Package includes:

- Wooden pedalboard
- 2 x adhesive velcro strips**
- Anti slip feet

**Each pedalboard comes with 2 adhesive velcro strips. You can use these to install your pedals, or you can use your own setup instead. If you’re sure you won’t need the strips, just let us know and we’ll leave them out to help reduce waste :)

Wood characteristics:

Wood is a natural material that breathes and responds to its environment. It may show knots, grain variations, and colour differences. Kiln drying reduces warping and splitting, but wood can still move slightly based on humidity and temperature changes. Our products are designed and crafted with care to allow for this natural movement. These natural variations enhance the uniqueness of each piece, ensuring your pedalboard is truly one of a kind, while maintaining full functionality and structural integrity.
